TEL AVIV AND NEW YORK CITY, June 14, 2022 – Venture platforms AnD and 25madison announced today that they are joining forces to accelerate startups’ journeys from Israel to the US market.
Israel boasts some of the best technical and entrepreneurial talent in the world. But in a country of only 10 million people, Israeli startups are forced to enter other markets to scale. Today’s announcement provides Israel’s most promising start-ups with that pipeline. With its robust network of US corporates eager to serve as design partners and early customers, the AnD-25madison Studio (“Studio”) will offer companies a fast track to success in the United States.
AnD, based in Tel Aviv, has spent the last two years investing in and incubating Israeli startups. By cultivating relationships with Israel’s top technical universities (Technion, IDC, TAU) and intelligence units (8200 and others), AnD has built an unmatched pipeline of founders. AnD supports these founders with robust studio resources: an in-house CTO, CFO, analysts, IR support, and office space. AnD deployed a Studio-based Fund model, enabling it to support founders from Pre-Seed through Series A. With companies like Edge Gaming and Ovio, AnD has proven that amazing founders can reach the sky with robust support.
New York-based 25madison has also invested in studio resources to support its incubated startups. 25madison’s Venture Development team includes the former CTO of GoodRx and talent from Google, Lyft, EY, and Goldman Sachs. 25madison helps startups perfect foundational business strategy, UI/UX, technology development, customer acquisition, partnership development, brand identity, and more.
The cooperation will leverage both firms’ strengths in all crucial functions. Once Studio companies are sufficiently developed – with an MVP, market validation, and a top-tier team – the 25madison team will work on building a brand, developing marketing channels, and bringing on leadership for different revenue-related roles.
AnD’s founders have a wealth of experience in company-building. Roy Geva Glasberg is a Google veteran: he founded the Google for Startups Accelerator, Google Launchpad, and Google AI Studio and scaled them across 40 countries. Roy's last role supported Google Corporate Development, investing and supporting their global 5B$ investment portfolio.
Ariel Cohen has spent 20 years leading product development for some of Israel’s leading tech companies like Amdocs and LivePerson and building large-scale developer ecosystems.
Lee Moser, with a background in government, business development, and VC, most recently served as Head of Global Relations at iAngels.

The team comes from various backgrounds: CEO Steven Price founded and ran Pricellular and Townsquare Media, and President Matt Fremont-Smith was COO of Marcus at Goldman Sachs. Other founders have held senior roles at Softbank, Snap, Centerbridge, and elsewhere. The firm is backed by Apollo Global Management, a leading alternative asset investment firm with ~$500 billion under management.
