As I wrap up my summer internship at 25madison, I’ve been reflecting on all the rapid iteration
and thought-provoking moments that come with working at a venture studio. Every day here has
been a crash course in curiosity, creativity, and collaboration. I have personally been validating
exciting ideas in healthtech and AI alongside the 25m Health team.

We’re a lean team, but it feels like things are moving at warp speed, so I started asking around
about what tools we’re all using to get things done faster (and smarter).

The answers were just too good not to share. From building websites in a day, to spinning up
dashboards and writing copy, these are the tools powering our team’s day-to-day. Special
shoutout to Claude Code, the clear office favorite 🤖

Here’s what everyone’s using and why you might want to try them too 👇

Matt Fremont-Smith, President and Co-Founder of 25madison
🧡 Perplexity
Use cases: Research and drafting
Pros: The breadth of sources it goes through and the focus on sources are incredible

Sanford Spivey, Head of Studio, AI B2B Software
🧡 Listen Labs
Use cases: Asynchronous user surveys and notes
Pros: Compresses the time to get to the core information we need to know where to build!

Hye Lynn Suh, Product Design Intern
🧡 HTML to Design
Use cases: Turning existing or vibe coded websites into Figma layers
Pros: Saved me hours of time, so that I can focus on the fun and innovative parts of design

Gabby Fonseca, Platform Manager
🧡 Custom GPTs
Use cases: Writing copy for community emails, social, and practically everything else
Pros: I've created a bunch of Custom GPTs that specialize in different tasks. For example, my
"Social GPT" stores my past projects and emulates my voice!

Walt Winslow, Director, Health
🧡 Lovable
Use cases: Spinning up prototypes and websites
Pros: Created a beautiful website for our new incubation in a day

Ryan Macy, Head of Engineering
🧡 Claude Code
Use cases: Generate application features, do code reviews, add documentation, rapidly dive
into libraries and codebases
Pros: It’s incredibly competent! I can use it in my ideal environment (the terminal) and I can
spawn as many workers as I want 🤖🤖🤖

Ben Hackett, Founder and CEO of Basalt Health
🧡 Claude Code
Use cases: Built a web scraper and a company-wide KPI dashboard complete with
visualizations
Pros: Build internal applications quickly that would have cost $$$ per month
