At 25madison, I’m leading the development of a talent strategy function that not only supports our portfolio companies but also partners with VC and PE firms. From placing C-suite executives to building scalable recruiting systems, I’m focused on driving value for founders, hiring managers, and investors alike.

I grew up in Upstate New York and live in Saratoga Springs. When I’m not connecting people with opportunity, I’m chasing after curiosity—I’m an avid reader with a deep interest in history, philosophy, leadership, and the forces that shape human progress. I’m a lover of music (talk to me about Steely Dan), and an avid swimmer.
